biography
I am a painter, researcher, and lecturer on the MLitt Fine Art Practice programme. My work navigates the boundaries between representation and abstraction, engaging with themes such as time, memory, landscape, space, and literature. Through gestural marks, I explore the reciprocal relationship between landscape and imagination, merging storytelling with traces of both the present and the past.
I hold a PhD in Fine Art from the Glasgow School of Art and an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art.
